The story behind Camp Arcade

Twenty-five years in IT. No gaming background. One curious idea.

I’m dyslexic, so word games had always been a big no for me. But I love coding, and I wondered whether I could build word and logic games that felt welcoming rather than intimidating. It turns out I could — and I found them interesting, competitive and surprisingly good at keeping my mind active as I get older.

Camp Arcade is where I keep building, learning and making the kinds of puzzles I now enjoy playing.

Times, scores and streaks add just enough rivalry to make tomorrow’s puzzle worth coming back for.
